Overview

The report provides an independent assessment of SOHO's impact performance for 2024. The company had £597 million invested in 494 properties, with capacity to provide homes for up to 3,424 people. Its portfolio delivered £81.5m in Total Social Value, including a median SROI ratio of £2.19. The retrofit pilot improved 11 properties, while 71% of homes had an EPC rating of C or higher and the Fund launched a portfolio-wide EPC Upgrade Programme.
