Overview

The report describes SOHO's first stakeholder-engagement materiality assessment and a three-pillar strategy centred on Thriving People, Sustainable Homes and Engaged Governance. For 2025, it reports 492 properties, 3,412 homes and potential residents, and £53.5m in social value. It also presents a complete Scope 3 inventory, refreshed SBTi-approved targets, and progress through 38 EPC upgrades, with 77% of properties rated C or above.
