Overview

The report is Softing's first Sustainability Report and describes its approach to environmentally and socially sustainable management. It assigns sustainability goal-setting and implementation to management, while covering governance, employees, environmental protection, products, and business partners. Environmental highlights include worldwide energy consumption of 938,609 kW/h in 2021 after reductions since 2019. The company also applies a Supplier Code of Conduct covering legal compliance, human rights, and environmental standards.
