Overview

The report describes SoftwareOne's 2024 ESG approach through a double materiality assessment, a carbon reduction programme and expanded ESG governance. It reports Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 7,508 tCO2e in its carbon-footprint narrative and sets an ambition to reach net zero for these scopes by 2030. The workforce profile covers around 9,475 employees across five regions, supported by global DEIB, learning and development, and community programmes. ESG oversight was transferred from an ad hoc Board committee to the full Board of Directors.
