Overview

The report is Sohar International's inaugural ESG disclosure for 2024, covering all operations including Oman and KSA. It describes a materiality process that consolidated 23 ESG topics into 11 key themes and establishes a first consolidated environmental footprint baseline. Reported environmental metrics include 10,279 MwH of total direct and indirect energy consumption, 33,466 m3 of water consumption, and 5,652 Tonnes CO2e of total emissions, while Scope 3 is excluded. The report also records 1,548 FTEs, 94% Omanisation, and 0% women on the Board.
