The report covers the Group's 1 July 2023-30 June 2024 reporting period and presents ESG disclosures prepared under the HKEx ESG Reporting Guide. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 30.36 Tonnes and Scope 2 emissions of 2,124.67 Tonnes for the disclosed Dongguan Factory Offices data set, with total reported GHG emissions of 2,155.03 Tonnes. The workforce was approximately 350 employees, while the Group reported zero work-related fatalities and three light injury cases. The Board retained overall responsibility for ESG strategy and reporting and the report described climate-risk assessment in accordance with TCFD recommendations.
