Overview

The report describes how the Group used stakeholder engagement and a materiality assessment to prioritize ESG issues, with the Board holding overall ESG responsibility and an ESG Task Force supporting oversight. It sets a group-wide target to reduce GHG emissions by 0.2% by 2025 from a 2021 baseline, and reports 2021 Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 8.56 and 3,996.03 tCO2e, respectively. The Group also reports total energy consumption of 5,365.83 MWh and water consumption of 16,733.50 tonnes. At year-end, it had 326 employees and reported zero work-related fatalities in 2021.
