Overview

The report presents Solstad's first annual sustainability disclosure, covering governance, material topics and the company's focus on SDGs 8, 13 and 14. It reports 711,552 tons of fleet CO2 emissions, a 50 percent reduction goal by 2030 and net zero by 2050. Safety performance included 15 recordable incidents and three lost time incidents, while the workforce section describes 3,600 employees and expanded diversity and inclusion activities. Environmental highlights include 2,257 tons of vessel waste, a 70 percent recycling rate and 292 litres of oil spills in 2021.
