CSR Communication Report

Overview

The report presents Sompo Holdings' FY2017 CSR strategy and performance across climate, social and governance topics. It sets new Group-wide GHG reduction targets of 21% by fiscal 2030 and 51% by fiscal 2050 against FY2017 levels. The ESG Data Index reports 65,263 employees and environmental performance data, while the report links five CSR material issues to the SDGs. Selected environmental and social indicators received limited assurance from LRQA.
