Overview

The report describes the company's 2012 economic, social and environmental performance across the Group and its main business areas. It reports consolidated turnover of € 5,400 million, group environmental indicators including energy and water consumption, and a year-end workforce of 39,610 employees. The report was prepared according to GRI G3.1 guidelines, with level A compliance externally verified by KPMG.
