Overview

The report covers all Sonae business areas, with particular focus on Retail, and presents 2014 economic, social and environmental performance under GRI G4 Core. It reports 40,947 colleagues, including 62% women, and group-level environmental indicators of 3,313,691 GJ of energy consumption and 1,779,210 m3 of water consumption. The report also highlights 4,974 M EUR of turnover and extensive retail sustainability initiatives covering supply-chain responsibility, waste management, energy efficiency and community support.
