Overview

The report describes Sonova's 2017/18 sustainability program around customer-focused solutions, access to hearing care, investment in people, and environmental safeguards. It reports 14,242 full-time equivalents at period end and 53% of open leadership positions filled internally. Environmental disclosures include 97,890 MWh of total energy, 38,701 t CO2eq of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and 43,542 t CO2eq from three Scope 3 categories. PwC provided limited assurance over selected CSR indicators.
