Overview

The report describes Sopra Steria's 2019 progress in workforce diversity and responsible employment, including women representing 32% of the Group's workforce. It reports updated greenhouse-gas targets validated by the SBTi, including absolute reductions and an 85% per-employee reduction target by 2040. The Group also reports strong climate recognition through CDP's A List and details a CarbonNeutral programme covering business travel, offices and data centres. Its consolidated non-financial performance statement was independently reviewed by Mazars, with reasonable assurance for selected CSR information.
