Overview

The report shows Sopra Steria's 2025 sustainability progress through a 64.6% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a 33.2% reduction in Scope 3 emissions versus 2019. The Group's year-end workforce reached 51,275 employees, alongside continued investment in training, gender equality and responsible digital technology. Sustainability reporting was prepared under the CSRD/ESRS framework, supported by a double materiality assessment and Board oversight. The Sustainability Report was subject to independent assurance, including reasonable assurance over selected quantitative metrics.
