Overview

The report presents a condensed FY23 overview: the company reported US$7,429M of revenue and 9,616 employees globally, while recording two fatalities at Mozal Aluminium and one contractor-related fatality. Operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 21.0 Mt CO2e, alongside a target to halve operational emissions by 2035 and a net-zero GHG goal by 2050 covering Scopes 1, 2 and 3. Women represented 44.4% of the Board at 30 June 2023.
