Citizenship Report

Overview

The report covers Southern Sun's April 2024-March 2025 citizenship activities across environmental, community, entrepreneurship and supplier programmes. It reports 142,731 tCO2e total emissions, 1,438 ML water withdrawals and 3,502 tonnes of waste generated. Community support reached 282 NPOs with R14m CSI value and 5,000 employee volunteers. Supplier and enterprise initiatives involved 409 SMMEs and 2,325 verified suppliers.
