Overview

The report highlights Southwest's 2025 progress in reducing inflight single-use plastics by 64%, uplifting more than 10 million gallons of SAF, and electrifying 40% of eligible ground support equipment. It reports total Scope 1 emissions of 20,769,300 MT of CO2e and publishes Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 inventory data. The company also maintains a net-zero carbon emissions goal for 2050 and a 50% emissions-intensity reduction goal for 2035 against a 2019 baseline.
