Overview

The report presents SP Group's sustainability disclosures in accordance with ESRS and describes its 2024 double materiality process. The company continued investing in solar panels, electric vehicles, and more efficient production machinery, while reporting 2024 gross emissions of 3,585 tCO2e for Scope 1, 20,053 tCO2e for location-based Scope 2, 5,635 tCO2e for market-based Scope 2, and 102,872 tCO2e for Scope 3. It also reports increased use of regenerated materials and total waste generated of 6,274.52 tonnes. The report records 2,339 employees at year-end and describes workforce safety, diversity, and social-protection measures.
