Overview

The report describes SPAR's 2025 strategic reset, including the disposal of SPAR Poland and SPAR Switzerland and progress toward exiting South-West England to simplify the Group and reduce net debt. Group turnover increased 1.6% to R132.4 billion, while operating profit rose 2.3% to R2.8 billion.
