Overview

The report highlights SBP's 2024 focus on employee wellbeing, safety, governance and environmental stewardship across its North American distribution platform. The company reported 4,338 employees at year-end and expanded safety equipment, training, town halls, its first US-wide employee handbook and development programs. It formalized a Supplier Code of Conduct, assigned sustainability oversight to the Nominating & Governance Committee, and conducted a cybersecurity tabletop exercise. Environmentally, SBP implemented energy-management software, forklift electrification, route optimization and facility-efficiency initiatives while beginning to measure Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.
