Overview

The report describes SPIC's 2024 group-wide clean-energy growth, social responsibility governance, and workforce performance. Clean energy represented 72.71% of installed capacity at year-end, while the Group reported 126,893 employees and operating revenue of 3,954.68 hundred million RMB. It established a CSR Committee chaired by the Chairman, incorporated ESG into CSR management, and reported ESG coverage across all six controlled listed companies. The report also provides three-year key-performance data and extensive initiatives covering environmental management, employee rights, clean-energy development, community support, and rural revitalization.
