Overview

The report presents 2014 performance for the Group's two engineering businesses, including revenue of £678.3 million and a 2% reduction in CO2e intensity. Its sustainability review covers workplaces, environment, customers, communities and supply chain, and reports 34,431 tonnes of Scope 1 and 2 emissions. The Group completed a sustainability materiality assessment and had its 2014 emissions data independently audited with limited assurance by TÜV NORD UK. Board gender diversity was one woman and eight men, alongside a target of 25% women.
