Overview

The report describes Spirent's FuturePositive sustainability programme and its 2018 Group-wide scope. It reports an 18 per cent reduction in total Group emissions to 5,087.6 tonnes of CO2e, while beginning Scope 3 analysis of contract manufacturing. Product sustainability metrics were rolled out across all business units, and supplier audits covered 19 suppliers, with 72.4 per cent of component parts from verified sources. The company also reported 21.0 per cent female representation among 1,429 employees and 28.6 per cent on the board, and expanded its global STEM programme.
