Overview

The report describes SPX’s refreshed ESG materiality assessment and the formal assignment of ESG oversight responsibilities to the Board of Directors in 2022. It reports a 2021 energy consumption total of 103,368 MWh and discloses both location-based and market-based emissions calculations. The report also records zero workplace fatalities and continued employee health, safety, and wellness initiatives. It is SPX’s fifth annual sustainability report and was not externally assured.
