Overview

The report presents Stago Group's 2024 CSR priorities across social, societal and environmental responsibility, with sustainability positioned alongside proximity and expertise in its strategy. It reports 2,600 employees and highlights worldwide gender metrics of 44% women-held positions, 42% women-held management positions and 33% women-held executive management positions. Environmental disclosures include 652 tons of waste collected at Ile-de-France sites in 2023, 86% recycled, and a France-based scopes 1 and 2 reduction from 4,275 tCO2e in 2011 to 3,394 tCO2e in 2022.
