Overview

The report describes Stahlwerk Annahütte's 2024 sustainability performance at its Hammerau production site. Its two hydropower plants produced 12,844 MWh, covering 55.8 percent of electricity demand, while Scope 1 CO2 emissions totaled 17,173 tons and electricity-related Scope 2 emissions were zero. The site reported 25,524 t of waste with a 98.61 percent recycling rate and employed 600 people at year-end. No fatal work-related accidents occurred in 2024 or the two preceding years.
