Overview

The report describes Standard's 2024 sustainability performance across board oversight, climate action, employee development, and community engagement. The Board of Directors remained the leading sustainability body, with ESG matters reported at five of six board meetings. The company reported 1,621 Scope 1 and 6,930 Scope 2 tCO2e in its rounded English emissions table, alongside total energy consumption of 78,420 GJ and waste generation of 304.10 metric tons. Employee development was a major focus, with 137,995 training hours and an average of 167.1 hours per employee. Community initiatives included 111,042 users and 26 health and well-being seminars at the Dotcom Sports and Health Center.
