Business Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents SBI's FY2014-15 Business Responsibility activities across social, environmental, and workforce areas. It reports INR 115.80 crores of actual CSR spending and a workforce of 2,13,238 employees. Environmental actions included renewable-energy projects, solar ATMs, paper reduction, recycling, wastewater treatment, and rainwater harvesting. Financial inclusion remained a major focus, with 3.3 crores of PMJDY accounts opened and 2.97 crore RuPay debit cards issued by 31 March 2015.
