Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents SBI's FY 2025-26 sustainability strategy around green finance, inclusive banking and low-carbon operations. Green advances more than doubled to INR 1,18,723 crore, while the Bank reported total Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 6,90,156 MTCO2e. The workforce totaled 2,45,131, including employees posted in foreign offices. SBI also reports a 2055 net-zero target alongside a 2030 carbon-neutrality target for internal operations.
