Overview

The report covers SGCC's Brazilian operations through CPFL Energia, SGBH, CET Brazil and NARI Brazil for 2022. CPFL Energia approved a 2030 ESG Plan with 23 public commitments, including carbon neutrality by 2025 and a 35% GHG reduction target by 2030. SGBH signed the UN Global Compact, created an ESG Committee, and issued its first BRL 235 million green bond for the Silvânia transmission project. The report presents separate environmental, workforce, safety and financial highlights for CPFL and SGBH rather than one consolidated total.
