Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes SICOM Group's FY 2024-2025 sustainability activities across responsible investment, climate action and social development. It highlights adoption of a Responsible Investment Policy, an ESG scoring initiative, UNGC and UN PRI reporting, and sustainable products including EcoLease, ECOPlus Green Loan and the Wellness Plan. Climate work focused on carbon-footprint measurement, energy efficiency, water conservation, recycling and biodiversity partnerships, while the Living Lab, wellness programmes and financial-literacy outreach supported employees and communities. The report also identifies the Board as the sustainability oversight body and includes a GRI Standards 2021 content index.
