Overview

The report presents STEF's 2023 growth alongside substantial sustainability activity, including a Group carbon footprint of 418 kt CO2e for Scopes 1 and 2 and 670 kt CO2e for Scope 3, continued investment in alternative energy, solar and wind generation, and a 30% vehicle-emissions reduction target for 2030. It also reports a workforce of 26,478 employees including assisted and temporary workers, a Group-wide gender-equality programme, and four women on the Board. CSR oversight is assigned directly to the full Board, which meets as a CSR Committee.
