Overview

The report describes Stella's 2022 ESG strategy and its first standalone ESG reporting cycle, supported by Board oversight and a sustainability governance structure. It highlights pilot programmes for operational risk, workplace health and safety, environmental control and digitalisation. The performance appendix reports 119,575 tonnes CO2e of total GHG emissions, 657,114 GJ of total energy consumption, 1,745,160 m3 of water consumption and 12,246 tonnes of total waste production. The workforce total was 42,507 employees at year-end.
