Overview

The report describes FY17/18 as a transition year following the disposal of the Group’s entire optical business, while continuing watch retailing, wholesale, supply-chain management and watch-movement manufacturing. It assigns overall ESG strategy and reporting responsibility to the Board and reports indirect electricity consumption of 13,362.89 mWh and total packaging use of around 0.172 thousand tonnes. The ESG section also details equal-opportunity employment, anti-corruption controls, safe-workplace practices, and contractual environmental and social expectations for suppliers.
