Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes STIHL's 2023 sustainability strategy across the ecosystems, circularity, and care focal areas, supported by a materiality analysis and sustainability steering group. It reports Scope 1 and 2 carbon neutrality at production and sales companies and discloses 29,215 metric tons of Scope 1 emissions and 17,573 metric tons of market-based Scope 2 emissions. Group-wide, STIHL reports 19,805 employees and 5.3 billion euros in revenue, while women accounted for 29 percent of the total workforce. The report also records no fatal workplace accidents during the year.
