Overview

The report covers Sto Group's 2025 financial year and presents its first holistic transition plan toward climate neutrality by 2050. Group turnover was EUR 1,591.1 million and year-end employment was 5,482, while reported gross 2025 emissions were 28,212 tCO2e for Scope 1, 13,697 tCO2e for location-based Scope 2 and 1,259,470 tCO2e for Scope 3. The sustainability statement is prepared in full compliance with ESRS and includes double materiality, EU Taxonomy reporting, workforce and value-chain disclosures, and limited assurance by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
