Overview

The report presents Stockland's FY17 integrated reporting and sustainability performance, including recognition as 2016-17 Global Real Estate Industry Leader in DJSI and a CDP Climate A List position. It reports 26,884 tCO2-e Scope 1 and 88,483 tCO2-e Scope 2 emissions. Community contribution totaled $6,038,651, while Residential and Retirement Living development waste diversion reached 97%. The sustainability content was externally assured by Ernst & Young under ASAE3000 and ASAE 3410.
