Overview

The report presents a year of continued scale and development, with more than 39,000 homes managed for over 82,000 customers and 1,185 newly built homes handed over. It welcomed Mount Green Housing Association into the Group and expanded the customer and housing base. Sustainability activity included retrofit works on 127 homes and continued work toward more energy-efficient housing. The report also highlights customer support, strong governance ratings and investment in safety and service quality.
