Overview

The report describes STRATEC's group-wide climate-neutral approach, with Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 813.7 tonnes of CO2 equivalents excluding offsetting and full offsetting in 2020. It reports Scope 3 emissions of 4,141.1 tonnes of CO2 equivalents from purchased goods, logistics, the energy chain, travel and waste. STRATEC also set a target to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 30% by 2030 against 2019. Social and resource indicators include more than 1,300 employees, 29.6% female employees, 14,931 m3 of water consumption and 220.3 tonnes of waste.
