Overview

The report is Strides' inaugural FY24 sustainability report and establishes a double-materiality framework for ESG priorities. It reports 43.67% renewable energy in the FY24 energy mix, zero fatalities, and 119,622 training hours across employees and workers. ESG oversight is assigned to the Board and its Risk Management Committee, while the report also documents a growing renewable-energy programme and workforce diversity initiatives.
