Non-Financial Group Report

Overview

The report is STS Group AG's first non-financial Group report for 2018, prepared under CSR-RUG and HGB without using a formal reporting framework. It covers environmental, employee, human-rights and anti-corruption, and customer and supplier concerns, based on a materiality analysis involving the Executive Board, departments, and business units. Group-wide environmental indicators were not yet fully aggregated. PricewaterhouseCoopers performed an independent limited assurance audit under ISAE 3000 (revised).
