Overview

The report presents STC’s 2021 sustainability statement around economic, environmental and social priorities, supported by stakeholder engagement and a materiality assessment. It describes governance in which the Board has ultimate sustainability responsibility, with the Risk Management Committee reporting sustainability matters to the Audit Committee. Environmental actions include 3R waste practices, recyclable packaging and energy-efficient LED and ILCS products. The Group also reports 1,266 employee training hours and 43% women on its seven-member Board.
