Overview

The report presents the Group's fiscal 2015 CSR activities across products, supply chain, human resources, environmental preservation and social contribution. It reports 1,430 thousand tons-CO2e/year of 2015 GHG emissions from Japan and overseas and Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 183, 1,247 and 2,810 thousand tons-CO2e/year, respectively. The Group reports 240,865 employees and 42 injury accidents in fiscal 2015, while noting the latter excludes the Sumitomo Wiring Systems Group. KPMG AZSA Sustainability Co., Ltd. provided limited assurance over marked environmental and social indicators.
