Overview

The report highlights a reduction in portfolio energy intensity from 251 kWh/m2 to 159 kWh/m2, alongside 88% renewable electricity sourcing and 96% certification coverage under BREEAM, WELL and LEED. It reports 2025 market-based emissions of 3,979 tonnes CO2e and continued expansion of Scope 3 tracking. The Group also advanced water and waste data management, with a roadmap toward full waste-data coverage. Its longer-term climate strategy targets major Scope 1 and 2 reductions and net-zero or carbon-neutral property management by 2040.
