Overview

The report covers SHKP's Hong Kong operations from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015 and expands reporting to telecommunications and IT infrastructure subsidiaries. It reports 26,428 workers, 8,316,987 GJ of energy consumption, and GHG emissions of 5,786 tonnes CO2e (Scope 1), 299,592 tonnes CO2e (Scope 2), and 2,164 tonnes CO2e (Scope 3). Environmental monitoring expanded from 44 to 80 buildings, while community investment included HK$70 million in charitable donations and over 120,000 volunteer hours. HKQAA independently verified the report at a reasonable level of assurance.
