Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes SHKP's 2020/21 sustainability performance across environmental, people, customer, supply-chain and community priorities. It sets a 25% reduction target for scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions intensity by 2029/30 against a 2019/20 base year, alongside energy, water and waste targets. The reported workforce was 25,964 employees at 30 June 2021; the report also records no employee fatalities and one contractor fatal incident. British Standards Institution assurance covers all information and data presented in the report.
