Overview

The report describes the company's first CSR review and its group-wide "A Responsible Approach," built around leadership, stakeholder engagement and investment. For 2010, the company established an environmental benchmark including combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 54,851 tonnes and launched initiatives affecting 20,000 computers. It also mobilized more than 2,500 people for flood claims management and reported nearly $6 million in community support. The Group reported 16,000 employees across Australia and New Zealand.
