Overview

The report presents Sunlight REIT's first ESG Report and describes a three-stage materiality assessment based on peer benchmarking, employee engagement and senior-management validation. It reports total greenhouse gas emissions of 8,965 tonnes of CO2e and total energy consumption of 11,492,950 kWh. The report also highlights a management-led Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, energy-efficiency projects, recycling initiatives and community programmes, including nine community events and 104 engagement hours.
