Overview

The report covers Suntec REIT's FY 2022 sustainability performance across its Singapore, Australian and UK portfolio using an equity-share boundary. It reports 157,376 MWh of total energy consumption, 61,343 tonnes of CO2 gross emissions before carbon credits, 792,887 m3 of water consumption and approximately 6,561.4 tonnes of waste. The Manager began adopting TCFD Recommendations, conducted qualitative climate scenario analysis for all 12 properties and set a net-zero carbon target for all assets by 2050. Baker Tilly TFW LLP provided limited assurance over identified sustainability information and established targets.
