Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes Suntec REIT's FY 2023 sustainability performance across its Singapore, Australian and United Kingdom portfolio. It launched a net-zero roadmap targeting net-zero carbon emissions for the entire portfolio by 2050 and reported 156,093 MWh of total energy consumption. The report also disclosed Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, water consumption of 875,638 m3 and waste by recyclable and non-recyclable categories. Baker Tilly TFW LLP performed limited assurance over the materiality assessment, selected targets and associated data collection process.
